As an intern in the Research and Learning Department at ASIGMA, you’ll dive into a diverse array of tasks and projects, all designed to bolster the firm’s research initiatives and learning programs.
Here’s a glimpse of the dynamic responsibilities and activities you’ll engage in:
• Literature Review: Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing literature, academic papers, industry reports, and other sources to gather insightful information on specific topics.
• Data Collection: Gather primary and secondary data through surveys, interviews, and various other data collection methods.
• Data Analysis: Use statistical tools and software to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, uncovering trends, patterns, and valuable insights.
• Research Reports: Assist in writing and editing research reports, white papers, and policy briefs.
• Presentation: Summarize research findings and prepare engaging presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Content Development: Help create and develop learning materials, such as training manuals, e-learning modules, and instructional videos.
