Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service to guests and visitors, manage the front desk area, answer phone calls, and direct visitors to the appropriate department or person.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Welcome guests and visitors to the office, determine their purpose of visit and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
• Respond to inquiries made through phone calls and email, directing them to the appropriate department or person.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages, and ensure that they are distributed to the right departments or persons.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders for new supplies as required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of visitor logs, phone calls, and other relevant information.
• Respond to customer feedback and complaints, providing timely and efficient solutions.
• Ensure compliance with office security procedures by monitoring and controlling access to the premises.
• Receiving client orders and following up on them.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma in Business administration with 3 years of experience in the field.
• Beginner level with good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
