RE-ADVERTISED BID NOTICE UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT AH/SRVCS/FRAMWRK/23-25/00001
Arua Regional Referral Hospital has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition Cleaning services under framework contracts

The entity now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for provision of Cleaning Services and provision of security services for two financial years 2023-2025 under non-Consultancy services
INON-CONSULTANCY SERVICE
1. AH/SRVCS/24-25.00001 Provision of Indoor and Outdoor Cleaning Services NB:(Should be within a radius of 10 kms from Arua City)
2. AHISRVCS/25-2500005 Provision of Armed Security Services (Night Armed security Guards.
Sealed bids must be accompanied with a bid security (details to be found in bid document)

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding a procedure contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 30 November 2023, 06:00am to 05:00 pm on working days

The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below at 8(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 100,000/- (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only) in Stanbic bank Account Number 9030005781913 with account name Arua Regional Referral Hospital.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(8) at or before 10:00am on 03/01/2024
Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(b) at 10:30am on 03/01/2024

Bidders who prefer inspection of the facility may liaise with the office of the procurement and disposal unit. There shall be NO pre-bid meeting.
