TotalEnergies EP Uganda (Company) in its capacity as operator of Contract Area (CA) 1 and License Area (LA) 2 North, in conjunction with its Joint Venture Partner(s), invites experienced and reputable suppliers to provide information detailed below. It is related to an upcoming opportunity for the provision of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) repairs, and fabrication services for the Tilenga Project, Lake Albert Basin, and the Republic of Uganda
Description of the Opportunity
Summary of Scope of Services:
Cut, thread, re-thread and repair damaged OCTG and Drill Pipes from ongoing operations on the Tilenga Project
CNC machining, milling & turning of OCTG and Drill Pipes
Perform tubular fabrication services, including but not limited to manufacture of crossovers
Potential for services to include repair volumes from Kingfisher Project
Location: Within the Tilenga Permit Area (Company Allocated) or within proximity-Le. Bugungu, Bulisa, Masindi or Hoima (should be supplier Owned)

Service Commencement Date 2026/2027
Service Duration Life of Field (ie. 20+ Years)
Qualified Supplier is Required to Demonstrate the Following:
Required Licenses/Certification:
Mandatory: VAMTOP, DINOVAM, API Q1 10th Edition (ISO 9001:2015 is optional), CNC programs under license by OEM Optional HSM-2, JFEBEAR, API 7-1 and 7-2 for API drilling connections & practices, API SCT/5DP
Qualified personnet trained and certified to thread connections
Organisational, Technical, HSE, and financial requirements to set up and operate the Licensee machine shop to provide the above-mentioned services, compliant with industry & Company standards.
Commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations as detailed in 2016 Upstream Petroleum Regulations Current registration to the Petroleum Authority of Uganda’s National Supplier Database (NSD)
