BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING
Provision of Hotel and Conference Facilities in all the Regions of Uganda under Framework Contracts – NDA/NCONS/23-24/00422
National Drug Authority has allocated funds to be used for Provision of Hotel and Conference Facilities in all the Regions of Uganda under Framework Contract Arrangement.
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above services.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding proce- dures contained in the Public Procure- ment and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8 from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.
The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100.000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand). The method of payment will be paying through Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited UGX Account Number 9030005759829.
Bids must be delivered to the address below before 11:00 a.m. on 3rd July 2024. Bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration. Bid securing decla- rations must be valid until 31st January 2025.
Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8 at 11:30 a.m. on 3rd July 2024
