The Bidding document in English may be collected by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the Manager Procurement & Disposal Unit, at the address in (2) above.
Bidders are advised to visit the URA website www.ura.go.ug , process a payment registration slip and make payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hun- dred Thousand) as tender fees for the bidding document to any of the banks authorized to receive Non-Refundable fees on behalf of URĂ.
A pre-bid meeting shall be held at 10:00am on Thursday 21″ December, 2023 at the address in (2) above.
