Procurement Officer job at Wild Frontiers
We have an opportunity for A Qualified Procurement Officer to join our Procurement Team based at our Head office in Entebbe.
Who will ensure that items and services are purchased from specified suppliers and are delivered according to agreed terms and conditions as well as monitor stock and forecast upcoming levels of demand, using computer applications and programs (Excel & Quick Books).
Requirements:
• Experience in store and stock management, proficient computer skills (Excel and Quick Books)
• Pro-active, meticulous with strong attention to detail and quality control; compliance-oriented disposition concerning rules, policies, procedures and instructions
• Respectful behavior, ability to build effective work relations, good sense for critical analysis, resilience and accountability, ability to handle complex and/or sensitive issues;
• Strong commitment, sense of responsibility and integrity
Qualifications: On the job training is provided
