Job Overview
Job duties:
• Create, prepare and bake various types of patries, desserts and bread.
• Maintain ingredient stock and manage inventory.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of pastry kitchen in line with food safety guidelines.
Requirements:
• Diploma in a relevant field.
• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
