JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
• Plan and implement logistics operations, product transportation, storage, and distribution.
• Coordinate and track shipment and delivery of products and materials, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Manage logistics partners and service providers, negotiating contracts and rates to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to streamline the supply chain and resolve any issues that arise.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform the accountable party as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels.
• implement and monitor compliance with logistics and supply chain policies and regulations.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with other departments to align logistics and operations strategies with overall business goals.
• Prepare regular reports on logistics and operations activities, expenses, and efficiency for upper management.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
• Prepare all sorts of documents that aid in the smooth running of the logistics process.
