Pazel Conroy Consulting is a development consultancy firm incorporated in Uganda with a regional presence in other African countries. The firm delivers services around Programme evaluation, research, M&E systems, Strategy development and Human Capital development.
As a Monitoring and Evaluation consultant, you can work with Local and regional clients to deliver Monitoring, Evaluation and research assignments.

Qualifications and Experience
• Master’s degree in development studies, Development economics/Demography/Sociology/Management/Business or equivalent.
• Post graduate diploma in M&E will be an added advantage.
• At least five years of experience in project evaluation, research, and developing M&E systems.
• Knowledge and experience in quantitative data analysis Softwares
• Knowledge of Qualitative data analysis techniques
• Relevant professional experience working in a consultancy firm is an advantage.

• Be self-driven, agile and able to work with limited supervision.

• Be skilled in facilitating and encouraging collaboration amongst team members and capable of motivating teams to maximize performance.
• Be confident and effective in recognizing and managing potential issues during client assignments.
• Be up to date with essential technical and functional skills and with industry, business and leadership skills & knowledge – and share this expertise with others.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop a network of professionals who can work and support consultancy projects.
• Write proposals and make presentations to close business deals.
• Execute consultancy assignments with minimum supervision.
• Make presentations and close Consultancy projects.
