Khyati Industries Limited is a leading manufacturer of disposable plastics products, including cups, plates, cutlery, bowls, ice cream containers, and a wide range of other disposable plastics items. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer to manage and maintain our production process. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production lines, troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues, and optimizing production processes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain the production process, ensuring efficient operation and minimizing downtime.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with production machines.
3. Optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
4. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent machine breakdowns.
5. Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operation of production lines.
6. Manage machines such as thermoforming machines, sheet line machines, sticker machines, and grinders.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a mechanical engineering role, preferably in the plastics industry.
3. Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
4. Experience with machine design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. Strong knowledge of the plastics business, specifically in the production of disposable plastics products.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with plastics processing technologies, including injection molding.
2. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a plastics production environment.
3. Experience in managing and maintaining production processes in a plastics manufacturing setting.
