PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Responsible for driving the customer service strategy and promoting a high quality service culture by implementing intiatives for customer retention
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related fields At least 5 years of practical and progressive experience in customer service
• Public speaking, oral and written communication skil
• Decision making, interpersonal and people management skil Relationship and stakeholder management
