Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: The Leader of the Motorcycle Repair and Garage Center is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, including process development, spare parts management, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves leading a team of technicians, optimizing repair workflows, managing inventory, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Process Development:
• Design, implement, and continuously improve repair and maintenance processes to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of garage operations, including diagnostics, repairs, and safety protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate process performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize workflows and reduce turnaround times.
Spare Parts Management:
• Oversee the management of spare parts inventory, including procurement, storage, and tracking.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely availability of high-quality parts at competitive prices.
• Implement inventory control practices to minimize stockouts and excess inventory, and manage reordering processes effectively.
Customer Service:
• Lead and train the customer service team to provide outstanding service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, including feedback mechanisms and service improvements.
• Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and effectiveness.
Team Leadership:
• Supervise and mentor a team of technicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide training, and support career development for team members.
• Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet repair and maintenance demands.
Quality Control:
• Ensure that all repair and maintenance work meet or exceeds industry standards and company quality requirements.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and customer interactions.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance, inventory levels,
• and customer feedback to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Automotive Technology, or a related field; vocational training or certifications in motorcycle repair are advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the motorcycle repair industry; experience in process development, inventory management, and customer service is essential.
