JOB PURPOSE
• To ensure documentation is maintained as per ISO 13485, 9001, 45001 and 14001 requirements and provide support to the existing documentation team.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct testing of glove physical parameters such as tensile strength, elongation, and powder content.
• Monitor stability samples, conduct testing according to the approved schedule, and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Receive and issue analytical reference numbers, and test all samples received in the laboratory.
• Lead shift handovers meetings and prepare shift handover reports.
• Monitor online process parameters, document results and communicate the findings to production in case of any non-conformances.
• Perform maintenance on laboratory equipment and instruments as per schedules and maintain the respective documentation.
• Calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments as per schedules and verify calibration status before equipment/instrument use.
• Conduct sampling and testing of all raw materials received, document findings, and report any discrepancies observed.
• Perform routine testing of raw materials as required by the compounding section.
• Conduct validity studies for reagents and solutions used in the laboratory and maintain respective documentation.
• Monitor reserve samples to ensure they remain in good condition throughout the product lifecycle.
• Execute activities according to qualification and validation protocols.
• Train lab assistants on laboratory activities.
• Assist in loading and unloading samples.
• Prepare reagents for routine testing.
• Supervise lab assistants while on shift.
• Ensure the implementation of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards in the respective departments.
QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS
• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Food Processing Technology, Physics, biology, or any other relevant disciplines or equivalent from a reputable University.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• At least one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing industry with knowledge of Quality Assurance or Quality Control.

• Disciplined, well-organized, able to work in a deadline-oriented environment.
