Job Description
To deliver volume and revenue growth in of specific Key Account channels, through customer relationship management, team leadership and trade execution. Manage the implementation of execution elements as per the Look of Success for key account channels.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage adherence to trading terms and contracts. Implement tactical plan by key account customer.
• Manage the implementation of execution elements as per the Look of Success for all key account channels
• Oversee customer relationships and engagements.
• Oversee revenue growth management initiatives.
• Jointly develop key account customer plans and ensure tactical execution.
• Manage diverse high calibre team.
• Grow Key Account volume and value in a particular channel.
• Build effective relationship with Key Account customers.
Skills, Experience & Education
• Minimum of 5-7 Years relevant experience.
• Proven track record in Sales – including a Knowledge of Sales and Market trends and needs.
• Strong commercial capability
• Leadership
• Customer service orientation.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Well-developed Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve conflict.
• Analytical thinker.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• High initiative / self – starter.
• Ability to operate without direct supervision.
• Ability to lead & coach team members.
• Well-developed problem solving ability.
