Junior Quantitative Surveyor job at Alison Consults Limited

Alison Consults Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantitative Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising civil, water, and solar projects, with at least 2 years of practical field experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing costs related to civil engineering, water, and solar projects
• Provide accurate cost estimates, financial reports, and project valuations
• Prepare tender documents and oversee contracts with contractors
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations during project execution
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Economics from a recognized university
• At least 2 years of practical field experience in supervising civil, water, or solar projects
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Familiarity with tender preparation, cost estimation, and budget management
• Ability to start working immediately
