JOB DETAILS:
• Provide first-line technical support for all IT-related issues within the organization.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for staff on IT best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide technical support for digital media tools, software, and equipment.
• Collaborate, follow up and provide support in the area of digital marketing, videography and photography for the company
• Perform any other role.
Qualifications
• Bachelors in I.T, Computer Science or Any Related Field.
• Knowledge and Experience in Digital Marketing, Videography and Photography, an Added Advantage.
