Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit and Business Development Manager. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as assessing creditworthiness, developing and implementing credit and business development policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, analyzing financial statements, evaluating credit risks, managing loan portfolios, cultivating relationships with clients and stakeholders, and identifying potential business opportunities in the market.
Qualifications
• Credit and risk management skills
• Business development and strategic planning skills
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of financial and credit regulations
• Experience managing loan portfolios
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage
• Experience in the financial services industry or banking sector is preferred
