BID NOTICE UNDER PUBLIC BIDDING
Invitation for Bids for Disposals
The National Forestry Authority (NFA) invites sealed 7. (a) Documents may be inspected at:
bids for
• Disposal of Obsolete Assets for FY 2023-2024-NFA/DISP/ADMIN//24-25/00001
• Disposal of Round Wood in Nile Bank and Nyakunyu CFRS-NEA/NE/DISP/24-25/00002
• Disposal of Round Wood in Kaweri, Kasa, and Kajonde CFRS-NEA/NF/DISP/24-25/00003

The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Disposals in various CFRs above.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 9:00 am to 4:00 p.m.

The Bidding documents in English may be purchased The planned Disposal schedule (subject to changes) is as
by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 for each Lot. The method of payment will be by obtaining a Payment Advice Form from NFA Accounts Section and thereafter Payment made to the Bank.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(a) at or before 10:00a.m. local time on the 25th September, 2024. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(a) all 1:00a.m. on the same date.
