Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Intern job at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)

Main Purpose:
Perform autonomously or with support complex/advanced IT installation, maintenance works, and repairs depending on the technician’s specialization, ensuring proper functioning of MSF equipment.

Main Accountabilities Include, but Not Limited To:
• Perform advanced installations, maintenance, and repairs of IT systems.
• Manage user support, ensuring ICT tools are properly functioning.

• Assist in diagnosing equipment issues and updating inventory.

• Assist the administration team to improve IT-related workflow systems.

Education:
• Final year in Higher National Diploma or Diploma in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
Experience:
• Fresh University Graduate.
Language:
• English (French is a strong advantage).
Competencies:
• Proactive, teamwork, flexibility, and good written and verbal communication skills.
