PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Head of People and Culture will typically oversee all aspects related to human resources, employee development and fostering a positive workplace culture within Pride. He/she will be responsible for talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, coupled with ensuring that the HR practices effectively support execution of the Pride’s strategic plan and long-term vision.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Master’s degree in human resources management or organisational psychology or business administration or related HRM qualification.
• A first degree in human resource management, organisational psychology, or relevant studies in humanities.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in human resource management practice with prior experience in implementing HR activities during a transformational (change) phase.
• At least 5 years should have been at a senior management level preferably in a financial Institution.
• Demonstrated experience in managing culture change.
