Job Purpose
To design, lead, and implement strategies aimed at ensuring that the Broadcasting Division achieves the set financial and digital targets while maintaining operational efficiency and adhering to industry standards.

Main Responsibilities
1. Strategic and Team Leadership:
o Provide direction to the Broadcasting Division and lead the team to achieve business goals.
2. Operational Oversight:
o Ensure operational efficiency across broadcasting platforms.
3. Stakeholder Management:
o Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support business growth.
4. Business Development:
o Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the division’s market reach and revenue streams.
5. Audience Engagement:
o Develop strategies to enhance viewer and listener engagement with content.
6. Budget Management:
o Oversee financial planning and ensure adherence to budgetary targets.

Qualifications and Experience
Academic:
• A university degree in Media Studies, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in television or radio broadcasting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in digital broadcasting is essential.
• Demonstrated success in strategy development and execution.
Skills:
• A proven record of passion and energy for results, with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong people management and interpersonal skills.
