Program Objective:
The Graduate Trainee Program aims to offer recent graduates practical experience, professional skills, and knowledge in the fintech and financial inclusion sectors. This program helps Ensibuuko build a strong talent pool to support future growth and innovation.
Program Overview:
The program lasts 12 months and offers:
• Departmental Rotations: Experience different business functions.

• Mentorship: Receive guidance from experienced professionals.
• Networking: Connect with industry experts.
Who Can Apply:
We’re looking for recent graduates with degrees in fields like Finance, Business, IT, or related areas, who are passionate about fintech and innovation. Strong analytical and communication skills are a must.
