This role is ideal for a Google Shopping Ads Buyer with excellent communication skills, a trustworthy nature, and a desire to advance their professional career within an innovative retail company.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 3 PM EST (30 hours a week)
Key Responsibilities:
• Google Shopping Ads Management: Develop and manage Google Shopping ad campaigns, including search, display, and shopping, ensuring they are optimized for performance and budget efficiency.
• Strategy and Direction: Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with the company’s goals and audience engagement objectives.
• Implement and refine strategies specific to Google Shopping to enhance visibility and drive sales.
• Audience Segmentation: Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation to tailor campaigns effectively, maximizing reach and relevance.
• A/B Testing: Execute and analyze A/B tests for different ad angles and creative strategies, pivoting based on performance data to enhance outcomes.
• Analytics and Reporting: Leverage analytics tools to monitor, assess, and report on campaign performance with a focus on optimizing cost per click and improving ROI.
• Understanding Consumer Behavior: Apply insights into consumer behavior to refine advertising approaches, particularly within the home decor retail sector.
What Success Looks Like:
• Cost Efficiency: You have successfully optimized ad spending to achieve lower cost per click while maintaining or enhancing campaign quality and effectiveness.
• Strategic Impact: Your advertising strategies have significantly contributed to the brand’s market presence and customer acquisition goals.
• High ROAS: Significant improvement in Return on Ad Spend through targeted Google Shopping Ad campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven Experience in Google Shopping Ads: Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing Google Shopping campaigns, particularly in the US market for consumer products.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Google Merchant Center and Google Ads, including feed optimization and data analysis.
• Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to develop strategic advertising plans that effectively target key audiences and meet client objectives.
• Analytical Skills: Robust analytical capabilities, with a knack for translating complex data into actionable strategies.
• Communication and Reporting: Excellent communication skills, capable of creating detailed reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Adaptability and Creativity: Ability to pivot strategies based on performance data and market trends, continuously seeking ways to enhance campaign performance.
