Objectives of the assignment
The objective of this assignment is to Upgrade aBi Finance Ltd’s Policies and Manuals to Accommodate Fintech as Access to Finance Channels.

aBi Finance limited seeks to
To update aBi Finance’s policies and operational manuals for Line of Credit (LoC). Agribusiness Guarantee (AG), and Financial Services Development (FSD) with FinTech specifics and also train aBi Finance Ltd on offering LoCs, AGS and FSD to Fintechs.
To develop a delinquency management policy and manual and train aBi Finance staff in the utilization of the developed materials inclusive of the appraisal and monitoring of FinTechs.
Key experts and required expertise.
Team Leader and Associate Consultants:
At least 7 years’ experience in proven experience in developing policies and operational manuals for financial Services Development (FSD) institutions with FinTech specifics.

After the evaluation of EOIs, successful participants
finalists will later receive full Terms of reference and take part in the Request for Proposals (RFP) where they shall submit full proposals.
