EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROVISION OF DRILL PIPE SWIVEL EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES FOR TILENGA CA-1 AND LA-2 NORTH DEVELOPMENT DRILLING CAMPAIGN REFERENCE: CTR100865
Total Energies EP Uganda (COMPANY), in its capacity as Operator of Contract Area (CA) 1 and License Area (LA) 2, in conjunction with its Joint Venture partner(s), invites experienced and qualified companies/ entities to express interest in the provision of Drill Pipe Swivel Equipment and Services for Tilenge CA-1 and LA-2 North Development Drilling Campaign in Uganda.

General Field Development Description:
The Tilenga oil and associated gas development is located in the Northern area of Lake Albert in Uganda and covers the fields in CA-1 block and the Northern part of LA-2 block (Tilenga Project). The major development surface facilities include the following:
• Wellpads (31) and the upstream gathering network.
• The Industrial Area containing temporary facilities and the Central Processing Facility (CPF).
• The associated supporting infrastructure (camps, roads, aerodromes etc.).

Brief Description of the Scope of Services:
• COMPANY intends to issue a future Call for Tender for Drill Pipe
• Swivel Services and Equipment to aid the running of lower completion equipment in shallow and highly deviated wells.

Following requirements to be demonstrated:
• COMPANY seeks to identify a company possessing or capable of providing Drill Pipe Swivel Equipment and services during the ongoing development drilling operations. The company/entities shall comply with COMPANY’s technical requirements to perform the operations efficiently.
• Interested parties (individual firms or proposed partnerships) shall, as a minimum, be required to demonstrate the following: Proven experience in provision of drill pipe swivel equipment and services for an international oil company or major operator.
• Demonstrated commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations.
• Current registration to: or application to be registered to: the National Supplier Database for the year 2024.
• Proof of being suitably resourced with personnel having substantial qualifications and experience in the required services.
• Proof of good financial solvency to deliver the services required.
• Proof of appropriate Quality, Health, Safety, Social, Security and Environmental policies, procedures, and processes in compliance with applicable national and industry standards.
• Swivel technology and Torque and Drag Software with field proven Interested companies/entities who meet the above minimum experience.
• Availability of experienced field service personnel to support operations.

Organizational, Technical, Financial, Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements to set-up and operate the above-mentioned services, compliant with industry and COMPANY standards.
