THE JOB
The Executive Producer will be responsible for overseeing multimedia productions across various African countries, with teams of creatives simultaneously working on projects for global clients. This role involves a deep understanding of the creative process, project management, and building strong international networks.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
• Generating innovative ideas and concepts for multimedia productions.
• Identifying and attracting clients for projects.
• Managing multiple creative teams in different African countries.
• Ensuring the successful execution of projects within budget and timelines.
• Building and maintaining a robust international network of clients and industry contacts.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to ensure the success of productions.

QUALIFICATIONS
The job holder should have the following qualifications.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Film Production, Media, or a related field. Candidates with a Master’s degree have an added advantage.
• 5 Yrs proven experience as an Executive Producer in the media and entertainment industry, with a successful track record of delivering high-quality content.
• Certifications of training or workshop on international level is a bonus.

• Creative thinking and the ability to conceptualize and develop unique and compelling content.
• A network of industry contacts and a keen understanding of market dynamics.
• Be comfortable working remotely.
• Be able to multitask.
• Applicants are expected to have international exposure, which can be demonstrated through a combination of international work experience, overseas education, or a successful history of engaging with an international clientele.
