She/he will provide support for advanced data analysis and interpretation to inform effective programme design/ interventions. S/he will be responsible for leading/supporting the development of priority implementation, analyses and dissemination of results. The incumbent will support development, piloting and strengthening surveillance initiatives with a focus on event based surveillance. He/she will ensure that all reported signals are completed on a timely manner while supporting REOCs, districts, cities to ensure that all reported signals are managed to conclusion on a timely manner. S/he will also ensure that the learning from implementation and quality improvement science is incorporated into the programme design.
