JOB DETAILS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects;
2. Liaises with other engineers, and maintains relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders; manages and coordinates all internal relationships of the project efficiently;
3. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications;
4. Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials;
5. Confirms system’s and components’ capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties;
6. Develops electrical products by studying client’s requirements; researching and testing and assemble methods and materials;
7. Develops processes of designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electrical components; soliciting observations from operators;
8. Assures product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities;
9. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends;
10. Provides engineering information of answering queries and requests;
11. Maintains product and company reputation by complying with the rules and regulations;
12. Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures; requesting repairs if need arises;
13. Completes projects by training and guiding technicians;
14. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required;
15. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
