JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of the job is to develop graphics and promotional material to ensure timely availability of quality marketing content for the successful implementation of the bank’s vision, values, and marketing strategy.

The role is also responsible for developing a robust Digital marketing strategy for the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop marketing content for the Bank’s website to ensure the data is updated and accurate at all times.
• Executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
• Executing the digital brand strategy: Through social media, web, and email, lead the brand’s presence and evolution in digital, implementing best practices and utilizing data and insights for continued evolution.
• Embody the I&M Bank brand audience and leverage followers and industry for insights, content, ideas, and innovation.
• Understand digital platforms and upcoming trends with ability to foster into tangible action for the I&M Brand
• Participate in the development and management of the department’s annual budget.
• Manage the publication of the Bank’s product profile.
• Design and produce internal and external publications such as newsletters, brochures, fliers, and memos for timely execution of marketing activities.
• Create marketing support materials & templates that include adverts, press release templates, corporate social responsibility pictorial which are based on an approved thematic style for timely implementation of marketing activities.
• Timely design of quality marketing products

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
• Brand recognition and corporate image
• Efficient event management
• Positive portrayal of the company in the press / media

MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications / Brand management and any related fields. Qualification in Digital Multimedia is an added advantage.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
• A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in marketing preferably in Digital marketing & Design.

REQUIRED COMPETENCES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
• Knowledge of banking operations, policies and procedures. Graphic design experience.
• Brand management.
• Supplier management.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
