Summary Role:
The Digital Leads Conversion & Social Media Admin will be responsible for responding to all customer queries coming through the company’s websites and digital touch points using the approved templates and processes, handling social media Communities, and contribute to engaging content to generate sales leads and drive a positive online customer experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Implement strategies to convert digital leads generated through various channels into customers.
• Utilize approved tools and systems to track inquiries, leads on the company’s websites and social media platforms, follow up effectively, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing Executive to provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right templates and response channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage and moderate social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Ensure 100% leads treatment status daily and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion processes with regular reporting i.e., weekly reporting of leads treatment status.
• Monitor and handle customer complaints on the website and social media promptly and provide appropriate solutions within the time limits of 24 hours.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing Executive to support with events content creation and engagement on social media platforms.
• Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-3 Years working experience.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and social media management tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
• Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales environments is an added advantage.
• Profiency in using MS programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Sufficient knowledge of social media tools with the ability to read and comprehend the English language.
• Ability to multitask and meet set daily and overall targets.
• Be more proactive, solution oriented, collaborative, curious and adaptable.
