REPORTING TO: Debt Collection Call Centre Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
• Handling Customer queries over the phone, email, SMS and chat. Educate current and potential customers with product and service information. Make and receive calls as assigned by the Head of Customer care or Designated supervisor.
• Manage phone portfolio and ensure that set targets are achieved.
• Correctly update the communication logs for every interaction held.
• Actively participate in team meetings, sale to clients collect money over phone and correct defects in tracker functionality.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
Job Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree of any discipline from a recognized university.
• A minimum of eight (8) months in a call centre
• Excellent knowledge in Computer Applications
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity, work ethics, and a proactive and positive attitude.
