JOB DETAILS:
Uganda Christian University (UCU), a private institution founded in 1997 by the Province of the Church of Uganda, is dedicated through teaching, scholarship, service, spiritual formation, student development and social involvement, to the preparation of students for thoughtful, productive lives of Christian faith and service in their respective professions.

Qualifications:
• Must be a person of strong faith and integrity, a committed Christian with a clear testimony;
• The prospective candidate must:
• Be a holder of Master’s Degree preferably in any of the following fields; Counseling Psychology, Public Administration, Human Resource in Education Administration, Sociology, Public Relations, Educational Administration, Masters in Business Administration or Theology from a recognized institution of Higher learning

The skills usually needed to get a job as a technical manager are:
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and under your own initiative
• Problem solving skills, analytical skills and the ability to make decisions quickly
• Organisational and team leader skills
• Knowledge of process improvement and validation
• Knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to your industry
• The ability to investigate and identify trends
• Technical skills
