Reelanalytics Uganda Limited seeks an individual with a high level of self-motivation and drive to join our client service team in Kampala, Uganda. The individual will be responsible for serving as a liaison between the business and our customers.

Role Description
The role primarily involves addressing client queries, managing complaints, up-selling, cross-selling, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key tasks include understanding customer requirements, providing adequate solutions, and sometimes escalating complex issues to the relevant departments.

Qualifications
• A degree in communication, marketing, or related field.
• Good presentation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm, organized, polite, and efficient under pressure
• At least one year of work experience in a client service position
• Active listening and strong phone contact managing abilities.
• CRM systems and procedures are familiar to you.
• Customer service focus and the capacity to adapt to and respond to a variety of personalities.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and presenting skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
