In order to support its operations, its Sub Office in Adjumani is seeking reputable and reliable construction companies to submit their offers for Civil Works for the construction of a 3-classroom block and one block of 5-stance VIP latrines at Good Samaria Primary School, and two 3-classroom blocks and two blocks of 5-stance VIP latrines at Morobi Primary School in Palonnya Refugee Settlement. Sealed Offers are invited from reputable and reliable suppliers/vendors/companies who are duly registered by the Government of Uganda, have Valid Tax Compliance, and have previously undertaken similar supply of goods.

Tender documents should be picked up free of charge from UNHCR Sub Office in Adjumani, Field Office Moyo, or requested through email at ugoodsupbox@unhcr.org during working hours from 08:00 Hrs to 17:30 Hrs. Bid documents shall be available from 29th August 2024.
Bids should be submitted as specified in the tender document.

A mandatory site visit will be held at Palorinya Refugee Settlement Schools (Good Samaria Primary School and Morobi Primary School) Obongi District on 10 September 2024. The assembly location will be at the Palorinya Base Camp at 10:00 Hrs. No other exercise shall be conducted beyond the stated date. UNHCR will organize a supplier pre-bid conference at UNHCR Field Office Moyo on 10 September 2024 at 14:00 Hrs after the site visits.
Late submission of bids or bids not conforming to the tender documents and conditions will not be considered.
UNHCR reserves the right to reject part or whole offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and will not be obliged to select the lowest offer.
