JOB SUMMARY
The Sales and Marketing Specialist at Rhino 4×4 will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting the company’s off-road, 4×4, and camping accessories for Ford and Toyota SUVs. This position involves content creation, product knowledge, sales, and maintaining customer relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to develop effective marketing strategies, reach sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Learn about Rhino 4×4’s product line, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential customers and provide assistance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and achieve sales quotas.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team to identify new sales opportunities, target markets, and marketing tactics.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase Rhino 4×4 products.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and show leadership skills in working with a small team.
• Embrace the start-up culture and contribute to the company’s long-term growth by adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive or off-road accessories industry.
• Proven track record of building relationships, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation software.
• Self-motivated, with a sense of initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
