Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate staff for exceptional service and efficiency.
• Conduct performance evaluations, manage schedules, and oversee food service.
• Address operational issues, maintain cleanliness, and manage point-of-sale systems.
• Ensure food safety compliance and monitor inventory.
Competencies:
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food service procedures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Hospitality and Hotel Management.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a 5-star hotel.
