Position Details
• Reporting To: Chief Commercial Officer
• Department: Tanzania Operations
• Duty Station: Tanzania
As a Country Business Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving business growth, market expansion, and operational excellence for Movit Products Ltd. in Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and enhance the company’s presence in the Tanzanian market.
o Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer to align the country strategy with the overall corporate goals.
2. Business Growth:
o Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to maximize market penetration.
o Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives tailored to the local market.
3. Team Management:
o Lead, motivate, and mentor the Tanzanian operations team to deliver exceptional results.
o Build and maintain a high-performing workforce through training and development programs.
4. Operational Excellence:
o Ensure efficient operations, including logistics, supply chain, and financial performance within the Tanzanian market.
o Monitor performance metrics and generate periodic progress reports for senior management.
5. Customer and Partner Relations:
o Foster strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in business management, preferably in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) or a related industry.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering business results in a competitive market environment.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business analytics tools.
