Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage competitive compensation policies.
• Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure salary competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. ➢ Analyze and report on compensation and benefits data.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (certifications like CCP are a plus).
• Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration. (At least 2 years)
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
