Qualifications
To be considered for the role of Doorman or Bell Boy, you should meet the following criteria:
• Education:
o High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Skills and Knowledge:
o Basic understanding of the hospitality industry.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Physical ability to lift heavy luggage and assist guests as required.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Guest Assistance:
o Welcome guests warmly and assist them with their luggage and personal belongings.
o Escort guests to their rooms and ensure they are comfortably settled.
2. Hotel Information:
o Provide accurate information about the hotel’s services, amenities, and facilities.
3. Problem Solving:
o Address guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
4. Lobby and Facility Management:
o Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby area.
o Assist with room deliveries, errands, and other guest requests.
5. Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery and a memorable guest experience.
