RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversees the operations of both the bar and dining areas.
• Overseeing customer satisfaction.
• Staff Management & Scheduling of shifts
• Inventory and Supplies Management.
• Management of compliance to health & Safety Standards.
• Budgeting, Cost Control & Financial Reporting
• Driving Sales.
• Maintaining Overral Ambiance.
REQUIREMENTS
• A degree or Diploma in hospitality management.
• Certification in food safety and alcohol service.
• 3 to 5 years in bar/restaurant management.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of business operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and efficiency.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory management systems.
• Basic Computer skills.
