Candidate Profile
Qualifications/Experience required
• Business related degree
• 2 years of progressive experience in a busy B2B work environment
• Good Marketing/ Sales Orientation
• Good knowledge of accounting
• High level of numeric and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Good Communication / Inter personal skills
• Working knowledge of some local languages
• Individual drive
• Responsive and aggressive Working spirit

Activities
• -Liaise with the credit and receivables team to ensure all payments for the AH portfolio are fully matched. (Zero unallocated payments on AH customers)
o Ensure that the B2G contract data base is up to date and all customer have valid contracts
o Prepare the B2G performance reports on a monthly Basis (D+5 after end month closure)
o Prepare order clearance memos for AH post-paid orders in line with the credit control procedure i.e. UPDF, KCCA and UPF (All order must be processed on date of reception)
o Timely invoicing of all deliveries made in B2G (UPDF, Police, etc) to facilitate timely payment.
o Following up on the aging of UPDF and UPF orders to ensure orders are supplied to nil within a week of receipt of orders
o Reconciling all B2G card loadings to ensure customers’ orders are fully served as per Call Off Orders issued
o Keep track of all Government tenders and preparing timely bid draft for review and approval
o Ensure that the B2G credit control comments and presentations are up-dated and sent in time (D+2 after month end closing)
o Preparing monthly reconciliations of customer accounts under the AH portfolio together with client representatives.
o Ensure that balance confirmations letters for the AH customer with credit or debit balances are sent and signed before the close of each quarter (Q-15 days)
o Follow up with B2G clients to ensure adoption of the TEMUL E-Business solutions to improve the segment’s efficiency in serving the customer needs.
