JOB OVERVIEW
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enabling data-driven marketing by ensuring accurate tracking, measurement, and analysis of digital campaigns. This position supports the full lifecycle of media efforts through tag management, ad trafficking, and analytics implementation. By collaborating across media, creative, and technical teams, the specialist ensures seamless execution and reporting. Their work empowers optimization, accountability, and informed decision-making across digital marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Setting up and managing online ad campaigns in various ad platforms and systems
• Monitoring campaign performance and making real-time adjustments to optimize results.
• Oversee end-to-end ad trafficking and campaign execution. Coordinate across teams to ensure timely launches, adherence to specifications, and ongoing optimization to meet performance goals.
• Collaborating with sales teams to understand client objectives and deliver on campaign goals.
• Managing relationships with ad networks, publishers, and other vendors.
• Analyzes and uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions regarding the planning, execution, management, and measurement of digital campaigns. Coordinating with creative teams to ensure ad specifications and quality standards are met.
• Partner with media, creative, and technical teams to align campaigns with business objectives. Provide technical support for tracking and analytics integration. Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Staying current with trends in digital advertising, including programmatic buying and data privacy laws

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Strong technical proficiency in ad trafficking, tag implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Software for advanced customization and analysis is a plus
• Strong computer literacy, excellent written communication skills and excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrable history of personal achievement and work ethic
• Strong desire to work in a fast paced environment

WORK HOURS:
11:30AM- 9:30PM
WORK DAYS:
Monday to Saturday
