JOB DETAILS:
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Download and follow up with critical off lines everyday
• Follow up on both single and double off lines as per the repair process flow
• Update off line vehicles feedback on ETL offline portal
• Book and schedule repairs
• Escalate and the customer (bank) by the end of the day on non-compliant clients
• Over the Air troubleshooting on ono-reporting devices
• Compile weekly repair conversion report and their causes and send report to customer
• Follow up on tamper and border alerts and notify the business source
• Advise the business source if repaired vehicles are not successful with support of evidence, pictures and the reason
• Ensure the right motor vehicle condition is captured on the offline portal
• Ensure that pictures are uploaded in the system for future references
• Ensure that before repair technicians have taken a clear and full picture of the vehicle and you have confirmed the physical details on the vehicle are matching to those captured in the system
• Any other roles that may be assigned by supervisor/management
Academic and Professional Requirements
• 2-3 years of work experience in a busy company.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any relevant field.
Competencies and Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Mature, self-motivated individual who is driven, results oriented and reliable with high level of integrity
• Able to manage multiple projects at a time, prioritize among competing tasks while always paying strict attention to detail and adhering to deadlines
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Good team work and people skills
