Purpose of the Job
To research for the radio programmes and broadcast Person Specifications
Qualifications
• Minimum of a Diploma in Joumalism and Mass Communication Possession of professional qualifications and being a member of a professional body is an added advantage
Experience
• At least 1-year work experience in the radio setup
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Performance skills and a clear voice
• The ability to generate original ideas
• A personable and confident manner
• A broad range of interests, including current affairs
• Good research and interviewing skills
• The confidence and the ability to sell yourself.
• An awareness of national and international media law
• The ability to take initiative and make quick decisions under pressure
• Team working skills creativity and problem-solving skills
