10 Shoe Conveyor Supervisors
We are searching for creative, highly enthusiastic supervisors seeking to grow their careers to new heights to Supervise shoe making operations and monitor different team members. The supervisors will assist managers to train, and evaluate team members; develop, review, and improve methods, procedures and generally ensure the shoe quality is up to standard.
Supervisors Responsibilities:
• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the team members.
• Supervise the shoe making process to ensure the standard Quality is met.
• Developing, reviewing, and improving operating methods and procedures.
• Ensuring the workplace is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
• Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
• Building and expanding on skills by engaging in educational opportunities. Factory Supervisor
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business administration or any related Field from a prestigious institution.
• Experience of 1year and above in supervisory role in a manufacturing company is highly preferred
• Leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willingness to relocate to Mukono Mbalala.
• Net pay 500,000 to 700,000 starting salary
