CORE FUNCTIONS
• Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
• Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
• Assisting with tasks such as reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails, answering and returning phone calls, organizing documents, maintaining records and taking notes at meetings.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial studies, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Should be adept at using technology.
• Exceptional attention to detail
