JOB DETAILS:
Job Brief
We are looking for a creative Copywriter to write clear and concise copy for Social Media . Your words will inform and engage target audiences. Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled and imaginative writer with an eye for detail. If you can grasp project requirements quickly and offer valuable insight, we’d like to meet you. Submit up to three writing samples, so we can get an idea of your best work. Feel free to include links to your content or portfolio in your application.

Responsibilities
• Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice
• Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
• Working with clients to edit and modify copy to meet their content expectations
• Meeting with clients to understand their message, brand voice and target audience
• Collaborate with designers, Social Media Managers and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects
• Conduct high-quality research and interviews
• Edit and proofread copy as needed
• Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach
• Proposing copy concepts in an engaging way for clients and carrying out projects once they are approved
• Interpreting creative direction and technical information and turning them into persuasive copy concepts

Requirements and skills
• 3-4 years experience as a copywriter or related role
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or related field.
• Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
• Knowledge in the latest digital and social media technology and channels and how to best leverage them for marketing programs as part of an overall strategy.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Strong research skills
• Creativity
• Collaborative spirit
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• A genuine passion for Marketing and Communications
