ABOUT CARE
CARE International is a global leader dedicated to ending poverty and injustice. For over half a century, CARE International in Uganda has been at the forefront of empowering vulnerable communities, with a special focus on women and girls. Our vision is to impact 10 million lives by 2025 through comprehensive programs in areas like Livelihoods, Climate Resilience, Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR), and Emergency Response. CARE Will achieve this through working with national partners such as CBOS, Private Sector companies and Government entities.

ROSTER OBJECTIVE
CARE International in Uganda seeks to establish a roster of skilled Grants Consultants (Individuals or Firms). These professionals will be instrumental in supporting our financial management and partnership processes. Consultants will be engaged on an “as-needed” basis, contributing their expertise to various projects, aligning with CARE’s commitment to financial accountability and effective partnership management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
Professional Certification: Accounting Professional Certification or equivalent is advantageous. Experience: At least three years of relevant experience in financial management, audit, or related fields. Skills: Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English.
Eligible for Application: All Individuals and Local Audit firms that meet the above criteria.
