Job Summary
Teach and supervise learners entrusted to you in regards to their academics.
Key Roles /Duties
1. Lesson planning instruction. Design and prepares engaging and age appropriate schemes of work and lesson plan.
2. Classroom instruction. Deliver lessons effectively, engaging learners and fostering participation in a professional manner.
3. Classroom environment. Maintains a conducive and organized classroom environment.
4. Behavior Management. Effectively manages learner’s behavior and encourages a positive learning atmosphere.
5. Student engagement. Encourages active participation and interaction among learners.
6. Assessment and feedback. Use varied assessment methods and provides constructive feedback to learners.
7. Continuous learning. Engages in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
8. Collaboration and team work. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contributes to a positive team environment.
9. Parent Communication. Effectively communicate with parents/guidance regarding student progress.
10. Relationship building. Build positive relationship with learners, fostering trust and respect.
11. Perform other duties assigned by your supervisor
Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:
• Diploma/ certificate in Education.
• Working experience 2 years
